Karina Beorlegui

Karina Beorlegui, singer, actress and cultural self-advocate, is the most prominent promoter of fado in Argentina, declared an Outstanding Personality of Porteña Culture in 2016 for her work as a promoter of citizen music (Tango). Her hallmark is the bridge of tango with the Portuguese Fado, for its shows, for the Fado-Tango Club cycle that it created and produced for 10 years at the Caff, and the Porteño Festival of Fado and Tango (pioneer of international Fado Festivals in the region). Today it returns to produce the Fado-Tango Club and continues with the Festival, wanting to export these projects abroad.
