Miriam Lea

Miriam Lea is a specialist in Argentine tango, with international training and experience in Argentina and the United States. Her work integrates stage creation, research on tango heritage, and the development of community projects. She has performed as a principal dancer, directed choreographic processes, and provided training for dancers of various levels, standing out for her technical approach and commitment to the preservation and evolution of the genre. Through her artistic platform, Miriam.Lea.Dance, she promotes initiatives that connect diverse audiences with the history, aesthetics, and contemporary practice of tango. Her work has been recognized by CID–UNESCO and by artistic institutions in the United States.
