On 23 and 24 May, Argentine Deputy Foreign Minister Carlos Foradori visited Istanbul, Turkey, in order to attend the World Humanitarian Summit, an initiative of the United Nations Secretary-General, which has the mandate to improve the humanitarian system in order to make it more effective and inclusive. The summit was attended by representatives from 117 countries, including 65 Heads of State and Government
