COSAR is a cooperative made up of more than 130 beekeepers, mostly small, dedicated to the production, processing and packaging of pure honey of the highest quality. Its 32,000 hives are worked under the same production quality specifications, ensuring that the final product will remain exactly as the bees have produced it.

Annual production is 800 tons of conventional honey and 20 tons of certified organic honey. Our plant is located in the Sauce Viejo Industrial Park and operates under HACCP standards and is audited by SENASA. From there we export directly to our main markets: Japan, the United States and Europe.
