Casa de Piedra

Casa de Piedra was founded in 2015 with the aim of experiencing alternative modes of thought and learning, contributing to creative development, and promoting dialogue among artists. It started as an art residency with a view to promoting exchange between the Valle de Yokavil region, in the Argentine province of Catamarca, and other regions in Argentina.

It currently continues to organize residencies and functions as an art gallery in order to promote the work of its artists, aiming to foster artistic and craft creation and challenge established conceptions of contemporary work. It also aims to attract artists living in other contexts to acquaint them with the richness of Valle de Yokavil and its culture.
