AFTERpoema is a gallery of emerging multidisciplinary artists who intersect visual arts with literary writing. Each artwork represents a universe of images that continues to be constructed through the written word. Its artists approach art from diverse and disruptive personal trajectories and aesthetics, developing projects that fuse practices across materialities and in dialogue with poetry, dramaturgy, diaries, and essays. The gallery seeks to explore new forms of representation and connection among artists, different ways of making art, and relationships with nature, landscape, and other species on our planet.
