Today, the "Africa - Argentina: challenges and opportunities" seminar was held by the Argentine Foreign Ministry, with a view to strengthening cooperation and friendship ties between Argentina and Africa.

This seminar gains special importance in view of the upcoming G20 Summit in Buenos Aires. During its G20 Presidency, Argentina stresses the need to establish active presence of Africa in the group, with a view to strengthening the unique position of the G20 to face current challenges.

Argentina and the countries of Africa share common challenges and opportunities to address them. That is Argentina's view and position, which is why Africa is a priority in our international integration policy.
